Moms Connect promotes family preservation by walking alongside mothers as they navigate systems, access necessary resources, and build the skills to care for themselves and their families. We have built a community of moms, based on relationships rooted in respect and equity, where every mother is valued and contributes regardless of her background or circumstances. Our goal is for moms to feel empowered to lead whole and healthy families.
