Moms Connect is built on the foundation of relational health, recognizing that consistent, supportive connections are key to resilience and well-being. By fostering trust-based relationships, we ensure that moms can access resources in a way that honors their dignity and empowers them. Through twice-monthly gatherings, a dedicated mentor program, a parent advisory committee, and one-on-one connections, we create multiple opportunities for moms to engage, share, and lead. Unlike traditional top-down approaches, we build a collaborative community where mothers actively shape the support they receive. This model helps moms navigate complex systems while using their experiences to guide programs and uplift others. We would love to share how your donation is directly impacting moms and children in Dubuque and the surrounding area. • $20 – Pays a Moms Connect mom’s stipend for one hour of work on the Parent Advisory Council, showing her that her experience and voice matter.

• $25 – Sponsors a monthly face-to-face meeting between mentors and mentees, removing financial barriers to participation.

• $50 – Provides transportation to and from a local resource, removing a major barrier for families without a vehicle.

• $150 – Meets an urgent need for one mom that can’t be covered through local resources—helping her keep her family stable.

• $300 – Covers one month’s rent for the Creative Adventure Lab, the space that makes our gatherings possible.

Supports all aspects of Moms Connect, allowing us to build authentic relationships, respond to individual needs, and create space for moms to experience belonging and growth.

FACILITIES
Keeps our gathering spaces safe, welcoming, and dignified—places where moms can share their stories, connect with others, and begin to rebuild trust and community.

Ensures moms can consistently access local resources, removing one of the biggest barriers to building healthy relationships and stability.

LEADERSHIP STIPENDS FOR MC MOMS
Recognizes the value of moms’ voices and experiences by providing stipends for their time, leadership, and insight as they help shape the direction of Moms Connect.
